Thoracic/Mid-back Pain:

RS therapists are experienced in upper back pain resulting from muscular injuries, rib dysfuctions, facet arthropathies, disc injuries and uses a combination of manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.

Cervicogenic and Migraine Headache:

Therapists at RS has extensive training in managing cervicogenic headaches and migraines arising from musculoskeletal reasons. We use an osteopathic, mulligan, Mckenzie approach as well as modalities to treat the migrains/cervicogenic headaches.

Scoliosis/kyphosis

A comprehensive digital analysis and customized treatment plan is provided. RS therapists use a video analysis of the spine and analyses the angle of trunk rotation (ATR) which is key in measuring the curvature of your spine. Progress with treatment strategies which involves manual therapy, stabilization exs, corrective stretches, strengthening exs and posture re-education is custom made for each patient.

On X is a computer programmed therapist controlled mobilization devise which can passively exercise your hip and lumbar spine. When your general health is low or you have an upper body issue which prevents you from doing your spinal exercise effectively On X can do repeated lumbar flexion/extension, hip extension/flexion while you relax.

On X could be effectively used for managing complex lumbar radiculopathies and spinal stenosis condition.
